Shipping policy

All prices on our site are shown and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Order processing Orders are packed and sent within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation with tracking once it's on its way. During launches and busy release periods things can run a little slower — we'll always get it moving as fast as we can.

Australia Standard shipping within Australia takes approximately 5–7 business days via Australia Post.

Worldwide We ship Wayward just about everywhere. International orders are sent via Australia Post International and typically arrive within 10–20 business days, depending on your country and local customs processing. Tracking is provided where available.

Free worldwide shipping on 2+ hats Grab any two hats in a single order and shipping's on us — anywhere in the world. Single-hat orders have shipping calculated at checkout.

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders) Any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and aren't included at checkout. These are set by your local authorities, not by Wayward. We cover US tariffs.

Tracking & delays Once your order's sent, use the tracking reference in your confirmation email to follow it. If it hasn't turned up within the expected window, contact the carrier first with your reference number, then get in touch with us and we'll help sort it.
